SPRING 2012 registration ENDS JANUARY 13 AT 4 PM. Register through the MYEC Icon at www.eccc.edu. You will need your Username and password that was mailed to you to register.
New online students will be able to register once you have been accepted to the college and received your log-in information.

Last day to withdraw from a SPRING online course with a W is MARCH 30, 2012.

Classes ending in 76 are ECCC-approved courses from another college. All classes listed at the MSVCC site are not offered through ECCC.
NEW FAQ'S FOR SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS:
We have recently upgraded to a new information system. You have been issued a new student ID number. We are also proud to inform you of our new Student Information Portal…’My EC’! The new ‘My EC’ will replace the ‘My Info’ site. In ‘My EC’, you should find your schedule, unofficial transcript, advisor information, financial aid, account information, and lots of other information! To access the new site, you may go to www.eccc.edu and click on ‘My EC’ beginning on April 20, 2011.Please read the Q & A carefully as the information is very important for our upcoming advanced registration for Summer and Fall classes.
Q: When can I advance register for SPRING 2012 classes?
A: On NOVEMBER 14TH at 08:01 a.m.
Q: How do I advance register for Summer and Fall classes?
A: Go to www.eccc.edu Click on ‘My EC’. Login using YOUR NEW username and password. Click on the ‘Student Tab’. In the Web Registration section, click on ‘Add/Drop Courses’. A tutorial on how to register is located on the ‘Home’ tab under the ‘Tutorials Section’.
Q: Can I register for my online courses using ‘My EC’ or do I have to do this from the Distance Learning page?
A: Now, you may register for your online courses the same way you register for traditional courses.
Q: Can I change my password and how do I do it?
A: Please change your password to something you can remember and make a note of it.
To change your password, go to www.eccc.edu. Click on ‘My EC’. Login using your NEW username and password. Click on the ‘Personal Info’ link next to your name. Click on the ‘Password’ tab. Type your current password in the ‘Old Password’ section and type your new password in the next two fields.

Q: Am I required to use an ECCC email address or can I use my own personal email address?
A: We no longer require that you use an EC email address to communicate with your instructor. You may change your email address to your personal email account such as gmail, yahoo, etc. A tutorial on how to change your email address will be located on the ‘Home’ tab under the ‘ Tutorials Section’ once you are able to change your address.
Q: What happens if I have an error when trying to register?
A: View the error carefully on the screen shown and go to that office or your advisor for more information. If you are unable to register, likely it is because your advisor has not given you registration clearance, you may have an admissions hold, or you may have a business office hold. Or, you are not using your NEW username and password.
Q: What if I lose the paper I was sent and do not remember my login or password?
A. First try using the ‘Forgot Password’ feature on the site. This will send an email to you with your login information. Then, if this does not work for you, go to Student Services. You MUST have your id card with you. This information may NOT be given over the phone as it is private information to be given only to you.
Q: Who is my advisor?
A: You do not have just 1 advisor. You are assigned to an advisor group with many advisors to choose. Any of those listed as your advisor may advise you as needed.
Q: Will my Blackboard and Windows login on campus change?
A: No. You will continue to use the same Blackboard account and windows login until the end of the SPRING semester. Once the semester is complete, you will use the same username and password as shown below to login to Blackboard and windows on campus.

Go to www.eccc.edu Click on ECONLINE; On the left hand side of the page click PROCTORED TESTING SCHEDULER.
CLICK ON NEW AND FILL OUT THE FORM AND SUBMIT. Appointments are not made over the phone.
BOA, BOT, CDT, CPT, IST CLASSES ARE OFFERED BY EC INSTRUCTORS ONLY.

TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL ALL CLASS GRADES ARE IN (TRADITIONAL CLASSES). ONLINE CLASSES DO GENERALLY FINISH EARLIER, BUT TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE JUST BECAUSE THE CLASS IS OVER.
IF YOU LOG IN TO YOUR CLASSES YOU WILL BE CHARGED, EVEN IF YOUR FINANCIAL AID IS NOT AWARDED.
