Pampered with new hair styles, manicures, pedicures, foot baths and facials were the above youngsters who participated in the annual “Spa Kamp” held Wednesday, June 30 as part of Kids’ College activities provided at East Central Community College in Decatur. Instructors Wanda Brackeen and Carla Jacome-Cluff supervised the day’s activities as procedures were performed by students enrolled in the 12-month program.
