Students who need to complete or retake the GED exam will have a chance to do so by taking advantage of an intensive GED “Cram Week,” scheduled June 7-11, 2010, at the Philadelphia/Neshoba County Career-Technical Center.
The GED (General Educational Development) classes and exams are provided by East Central Community College in Decatur and are offered free of charge during the special week, announced Gene Davis, dean of adult and continuing education.
Davis said class participants will receive one-on-one tutoring on a designated section of the exam during each morning session and can take the corresponding part of the GED exam in the afternoon session.
