Lady Diamond Warrior Paige Holsen belts one of her two hits in the first game of a doubleheader sweep with East Mississippi Community College Thursday, March 4 on the Decatur campus. Holsen slapped two singles and scored a run in helping lead EC to a 5-1 decision in the opener. The Lady Diamond Warriors cruised 8-1 in the second contest to complete the sweep and improve to 10-1-1. Holsen, a sophomore catcher/infielder, is a product of Union High School. She earlier blasted a grand slam and three-run homer in the same inning in an earlier victory over East Mississippi.
