The Ac'cents are a group of select students who sing and dance to choreographed partner and solo musical numbers.  The ensemble is composed of six males and six females.

 How do you become a member?
Auditions are held each spring and consist of a solo vocal selection and a choreographed group dance.

    What do the Ac'cents do?
In addition to their annual fall and spring campus concerts, the Ac'cents travel throughout the district and perform for various civic clubs and community events.

How often does the group practice?
The Ac'cents meet as a class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00 - 3:15 p.m.  Extra practices may be scheduled if necessary.

 

What are performances like?
Performances are, in a word, amazing.  it is an energy-packed show with singing, dancing, and a twist of acting.  Fall and spring shows are usually 45 minutes to an hour of adrenaline-packed movement.  The group also performs at special events scheduled throughout the year.

What rewards come with being a member of the Ac'cents?
ECCC provides each member of the group with a tuition scholarship.  After performances are completed, members of this prestigious ensemble are rewarded with the satisfaction of knowing they have provided an exciting night of entertainment.
