The Hotel & Restaurant Management curriculum provides specialized occupational instruction in all phases of hotel and restaurant management to prepare students for careers as manager/supervisors in the hospitality and tourism industry.
The curriculum includes courses on hotel operations, restaurant and catering, hospitality marketing, hospitality supervison and culinary principles.
