Johnston Receives Ole Miss Scholarship

East Central Community College student Maegan Johnston (left) of Decatur was recently awarded the a transfer scholarship to the University of Mississippi. Joe Killens (right), ECCC Vice President for Student Services, made the presentation during the annual East Central Community College Awards Day ceremonies held May 1 in Huff Auditorium on the Decatur campus. Also receiving Ole Miss scholarships, but not pictured, are Tyler Walters and Keith Brown, both of Forest. Students receiving transfer scholarships to the University of Mississippi Medical Center are Marty Ann Bergin of Forest and Cheryl Dowell of Lena.
