Avalos  Attends ECCC Orientation

Ysabel Avalos (right), a 2008 graduate of Morton High School, was among area students who attended the May 30 Orientation session held at East Central Community College in Decatur. Helping her prepare her fall class schedule is ECCC assistant band director Jared Brownlee. In addition to attending classes, Avalos will also serve as assistant drum major for the ECCC Wall O’ Sound Marching Band this fall. Additional orientation sessions are scheduled Saturday, June 7; Thursday, June 26; Wednesday, July 16; and Friday, August 15.  Fall classes begin Thursday, August 21.
