HOUSING INFORMATION
East Central Community College is dedicated to providing the very best in housing facilities for all students on the Decatur campus.  The College offers two residence halls for female students and five residence halls for male students.  Rooms may be reserved by paying a $60 housing deposit and completing an application (PDF) for housing.  Students may request desired dormitories and roommates.  Assignments will be made by the Dormitory Supervisor or the Director of Student Life on a first-come, first-served basis.  Applications must be turned in as soon as possible to insure dormitory and roommate preference. 

Required room fees are $475 per semester.  Board costs are $710 for a five-day plan or $855 for a seven-day plan per semester.  The board fees may be made in three installments.  (These prices are subject to change.)

Jackson Hall

  • Three floors, 59 rooms, a capacity of 118 students
