II. I would like to withdraw completely from school.
If the student wishes to withdraw completely from school - i.e. drop all registered courses after the Census Date, a procedure must be followed to make sure all charges and obligations are clear. To perform the withdrawal from school, the student may use 1 of 2 options:
1. Go by Student Services and obtain a Withdrawal Form. This form will need to be signed by (a) all instructors, (b) a student services counselor, (c) Director of Financial Aid, (d) Dean of E-Learning, (e) Dean of Admissions, Records, and Research, (f) Librarian, (g) Housing Director, (h) Bookstore Manager, (i) Vice President for Business Operations. The Business Office is the last stop along this path, and at that point the total withdrawal is complete. The request form wil reside in that office.
