Sophomore Autumn Taylor (second from left) of Newton was crowned Homecoming Queen at East Central Community College during ceremonies held Thursday, Oct. 19, at Bailey Stadium. Taylor received her crown from President Dr. Billy Stewart (left) during halftime of the Warriors’ game against Northwest Mississippi Community College. Serving as Miss Taylor’s escort was her brother Austin Taylor (third from left). At right is 2016 queen Latesia Davis of Decatur who presented the new queen with a bouquet of roses. (EC Photo)
