East Central Community College will host two fun-filled community events on Monday, October 27, inviting families, students, and local residents to campus for an evening of Halloween excitement.
The festivities begin with Treat Street from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on the front campus. This family-friendly event will feature ECCC student clubs and organizations handing out candy to local children in a safe and festive environment. Dozens of community families are expected to attend, and costumes are encouraged for participants of all ages.
Following Treat Street, the college will present the Haunted House of Hoops at 7:30 p.m. in Brackeen-Wood Gymnasium. This spirited event will feature the introductions of the ECCC women’s and men’s basketball teams, performances by the Centralettes and cheerleaders, a costume contest with gift card prizes, a skills competition, and free popcorn and drinks for attendees.
Both events are open to the public, and admission is free.
