Examples of items needed for residence hall rooms:

  • Dorm-size refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Coffee maker (automatic shutoff)
  • Iron (automatic shutoff)
  • Laptop, computer, and a router (Wi-Fi is available to all housing students)
  • Television (cable TV hookup is available to all housing students)
  • Twin size bedding
  • Bath towels and wash clothes
  • Toiletries
  • Plastic storage bins
  • Anything to make your room feel like home

Note: Only 1 microwave and 1 refrigerator allowed per room

Examples of things you cannot have in your room:

  • Food fryer
  • Electric cooktop
  • Any kind of heater
  • Candles
  • Wax melter
  • Toaster
  • Anything with an open flame
