IMPORTANT: ECCC will open the Fall 2022 Housing Application on October 1, 2021, for new and returning students. If you are a current student at ECCC, resident or not, you must apply for housing and pay the $100 nonrefundable housing fee to reserve a room for next year even if you currently live on campus. As a current student, you do not have to re-apply in admissions—just housing.
East Central Community College is dedicated to providing the very best in housing facilities for all students on the Decatur campus.
The College offers three residence halls for female students and five residence halls for male students. The addition of security cameras and keyless entry for the women’s dormitories make ECCC safer than ever.
Rooms may be reserved by paying a $100 non-refundable housing fee and completing an application for housing. Students may request desired dormitories and roommates. Assignments will be made by the Director of Housing on a first-come, first-paid basis.
Applications must be turned in as soon as possible to ensure dormitory and roommate preference. Applications are available online at www.eccc.edu or by contacting the Director of Housing at 601-635-6213.
Required room fees are $850 per semester for all dorms except Leake Hall and Jackson Hall. Room fees for Leake Hall and Jackson Hall are $750 per semester.
Board costs are $925 for a five-day meal plan or $1,125 for a seven-day meal plan per semester. The board fees may be paid in three installments. Prices are subject to change.
