• ECCC to Close Campus Thursday, September 12th

    Due to the enhanced threat of severe weather from Hurricane Francine, including the possibility of damaging winds, tornadoes, and flash flooding, all East Central Community College classes will switch to virtual learning and all offices will close on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Campus will resume normal operating hours on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 8 a.m. Tonight’s (Wednesday, September 11) Suicide Awareness Event in Brackeen-Wood Gymnasium is also canceled.

  • ECCC Hosts Suicide Awareness and Prevention Events; A Call to Action and Remembrance

    ECCC is committed to raising awareness about mental health issues and preventing suicide on college campuses. In honor of World Suicide Prevention Day, ECCC will host a series of events from Tuesday, September 3, to Wednesday, September 11, aimed at engaging students, faculty, and the broader community in important conversations about suicide prevention.

  • East Central Schedules Annual Meet the Warriors Pep Rally

    East Central Community College will hold its annual "Meet the Warriors" preseason pep rally at 7 p.m. on Monday, August 26. Well-known DJ, Aaron Tullos will be playing music throughout the evening and will emcee the introduction of the 2024-25 Warrior student-athletes. Along with the event, the Point Blank Grillin food truck out of Philadelphia will be set up in front of Huff beginning at 6 p.m.

  • ECCC to Hold Homeschool Kickoff Event

    East Central Community College (ECCC) is excited to announce the Fall 2024 Homeschool Kickoff event, scheduled for Friday, August 2, 2024, from 10 a.m. to Noon. The event will take place in Carson Band Hall and is free and open to all area homeschooling families.
