Hogue is a 1961 graduate of East Central Community College and, before his retirement, served as the college's first vice president for foundation and alumni.

The event will showcase ECCC students as they compete for campus honors in a fun and supportive environment. The pageant is a longstanding campus tradition and provides an opportunity to celebrate student involvement and leadership.
