East Central Community Colleges (ECCC) and the town of Decatur have numerous events and activities scheduled for Monday, October 28.
Treat Street, an event in conjunction with the town of Decatur, begins at 5:30 p.m. with numerous EC clubs, organizations, and several other outside groups setting up booths on the front lawn of campus.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m. the Warrior and Lady Warrior basketball teams get going with their annual Haunted House of Hoops event in Brackeen-Wood Gymnasium. The event will feature team introductions, a costume contest, skills competitions for the basketball teams, and a Centralletes performance.
Along with these events, the ECCC Fine Arts Department is hosting a circus themed “Haunted Experience” on both October 28 and 29. The experience will be open from 5:30 to 8 p.m. each night and feature Halloween favorites and entertainment, a haunted maze, and performances from a ghoulish cast.
