Landon Sims (Evergreen, Ala.) was the driving factor behind the Warriors' offense on Thursday night as the freshman completed nearly 70% of his passes (20-for-28). He racked up 189 yards and three scores through the air and added an additional 88 yards on the ground on 15 carries with a long run of 17 yards. The Warriors ultimately fell to the Bulldogs in a tightly contested game, 41-37.
The Warriors are back at home this week, Thursday, Sept. 15 as the team plays host to the Hinds Eagles at 6:30 p.m. in Bailey Stadium.
