The East Central Community College men’s soccer team lost a close 3-2 battle against Hinds Community College Friday, Sept. 16, in Raymond.
ECCC scorers were Blake Bonds of Germantown High School, assisted by Fredy Gutierrez of Pontotoc High School, and Tanner Lindsey of Northwest Rankin High School.
The loss dropped the Warriors to 3-4 overall and 2-2 in the MACJC North Division.
East Central will face Southwest Mississippi Community College in a non-division rematch Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 7 p.m. in Bailey Stadium on the Decatur campus.
