The East Central Community College Small Business Development Center will offer a free seminar titled “First Steps-The Process of Starting a Small Business” at the ECCC Workforce Development Center Monday, April 9, 2018.
The class will meet from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and Ronnie Westbrook, director of the Small Business Development Center, will serve as facilitator.
This workshop will include topics such as licensing and permits, legal forms of ownership, basic marketing concepts, lending terminology and an outline for a business plan.
