A team representing Bank of Forest took top honors in the Championship Flight of the East Central Community College Alumni Association’s 21st annual Warrior Golf Classic presented by PATH Company and held Friday, May 10, on the Oaks Course at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Choctaw.
According to event coordinator Maria McLeod, director of alumni relations at ECCC, 24 teams registered to play in the four-person scramble which annually raises money for student scholarships. This year set a record surpassing the $20,000 mark thanks to a title sponsorship provided by PATH Company.
“We are so grateful to PATH Company for serving as our title sponsor of the 2024 Warrior Golf Classic and whose generous support has allowed us to surpass previous fundraising records. And many thanks to our food sponsor The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia and our numerous Gold Sponsor teams who have faithfully supported this tournament for so many years.”
