KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 12, 2021) – East Central Community College freshman midfielder/defender Sasha Clare (Belfast, N. Ireland) has been named the United Soccer Coaches Junior College Player of the Week. Clare recorded two game-winning goals for the Lady Warriors against Northwest (1-0) and Itawamba (1-0) in conference games. The freshman has six goals and three assists for the spring season.
United Soccer Coaches selects a men's and women's Player of the Week for NCAA Divisions I, II, and III and Junior College competition based on nominations from schools and conferences.
