The Warriors of East Central Community College had a stellar start to the 2022 season on Friday afternoon, January 28, as the team blew by the Northeast Tigers, 9-0. The Warriors are now 1-0 in the young season.
"It was a really great first match for the guys," said ECCC head coach Jay Pacelli. "Our team overall played determined tennis under less than ideal conditions, so this was definitely a team win."
Just like the Lady Warriors, the men's team cruised through doubles play without dropping a single game, before dominating the singles play, losing just three games on the way to the win.
