East Central Community College has a new tennis viewing experience for fans during the upcoming 2023-24 season with the introduction of the new Tennis Pavilion, centrally situated within the Tennis Complex.
Elevated over 10 feet from the ground, the pavilion offers an exceptional vantage point, overlooking the college's eight tennis courts that were opened in 2017. The ECCC coaching staff will also benefit from the addition, with the convenience of monitoring multiple matches simultaneously both during play and in practice.
While the pavilion will make an immediate impact this season, its development remains an ongoing project. The college's vision includes enclosing the lower section of the facility to incorporate restrooms, changing rooms, and a storage area catering to both the men's and women's varsity tennis teams.
