The East Central Community College Foundation recently awarded more than 150 endowed and annual scholarships valued at more than $166,000 for the 2024-25 college term. Scholarship recipients and donor representatives were recognized during the annual Scholarship Reception held on the Decatur campus.
Dr. Stacey Hollingsworth, executive director of the foundation, said, “The scholarships provided through the ECCC Foundation would not be possible without the generosity of donors. They continue to impact the lives of our students and help them develop into future leaders all while helping to relieve some of the expenses of attending college.”
