The East Central Community College Workforce Development Center will offer numerous classes during the month of August at the Philadelphia/Neshoba County Career-Technical Center located on Valley View Drive.
Basic Automotive Repair begins Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, and will meet from 6 to 9 p.m. for eight consecutive Mondays. Kirt Doss will serve as instructor. The cost is $150 per person.
A class in Sewing begins Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, and will meet from 6 to 9 p.m. for four consecutive Mondays. Jill Powe will serve as instructor. The cost is $100 per person.
Welding will be offered for eight consecutive Monday nights beginning Aug. 14. Class time is 6 to 9 p.m. each week. Joey Irby will serve as instructor.
James Boykin will serve as instructor for a course in Home Maintenance and Repair beginning Aug. 14, 2017. The class will meet from 6 to 9 p.m. for eight consecutive Mondays.
