ECCC Soccer Teams Drop Road Matches at Pearl River

For the second time in five days, the road was not kind to the East Central Community College men’s and women’s soccer teams as they both lost matches at Pearl River Community College on Tuesday, Aug. 28, in Poplarville.
In the opener, the Pearl River Lady Wildcats made a first half goal stand up in a 1-0 shutout of the ECCC Lady Warriors

East Central Community College in Decatur has announced that season tickets are now on sale for all 2018 regular season home football games and home men’s and women’s soccer matches and for the 2018-19 regular season men’s and women’s home basketball games.
Area High School Students Invited to ECCC’s ‘Be Our Guest’ Night Sept. 13

The Neshoba Central High School band will perform and one lucky student will get a chance to win an Achievement Recognition Scholarship for the fall 2019 semester as East Central Community College hosts its annual “Be Our Guest” night Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Warrior football home opener.
ECCC Announces 2018-19 Collegians

Director Chas Evans recently announced members of the 2018-19 Collegians rock-and-roll band at East Central Community College following auditions held on the Decatur campus.
Vocalists include Jake Horton and Bryce Callie Lott, both of Sebastopol; Logan Steptoe, Scott Central; Landon Weeks, Nanih Waiya; Jaiden Moore, Neshoba Central; and Katie Evans, Newton County.
ECCC Soccer Teams Fall on the Road at Jones County

The East Central Community College men’s and women’s soccer teams dropped a pair of matches to Jones County Junior College in action Friday, Aug. 24, on the JCJC campus in Ellisville.
The Jones County Lady Bobcats took a 4-0 shutout win over the East Central Lady Warriors in the opener, while the Jones County men won the second game 5-2.
ECCC Lady Warrior Soccer Team Wins Regular Season Opener at Southwest Tennessee

The East Central Community College Lady Warrior soccer team opened the regular season in style with a 1-0 shutout victory over host Southwest Tennessee Community College on Wednesday, Aug. 22.
The match was played at St. George’s Independent School in Germantown, Tenn.
After a scoreless first half, the Lady Warriors got the game winner in the second half off the foot of freshman forward Macey Spencer out of Florence High School. She was assisted by freshman forward Bethany Hand from Dublin, Ireland.
