The East Central Lady Warriors qualified for postseason play in their final MACJC North Division soccer match of the season with a 3-1 road win over Northwest in Senatobia on Oct. 15.
The ECCC Warriors will have to wait until Oct. 17 to learn their postseason fate after falling 3-1 to the Northwest Rangers in the second match of the afternoon.

A goal in the 49th minute propelled the East Central Lady Warriors to a 1-0 win over the visiting Hinds Lady Eagles, while the Warriors dropped a 4-1 match to MACJC North Division-leading Hinds in matches played Friday, Oct. 11, at Bailey Stadium on the ECCC campus in Decatur.
It was Sophomore night for the ECCC teams as nine Lady Warriors and three Warriors were honored between matches.

The East Central Community College baseball team is hosting an 18-hole, two-person scramble golf tournament Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Decatur Country Club, with all proceeds going to support the program.
